At Bed Threads, we want you to love your linen as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed, unused items back into their original linen storage sacks and secure them in a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
